By creating an account, uploading content, or continuing to use FNSHD you agree to these terms. If you are using FNSHD on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

FNSHD lets you upload video and other creative files, share them with reviewers, collect timecoded feedback and record approvals. Features available to you depend on the plan you select. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@fnshd.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not use FNSHD to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• commit fraud, send spam, or distribute malware;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or attempting to bypass storage, seat or access limits;
• upload content you do not have the rights to share; or
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant FNSHD a limited licence to host, store, transcode, display and transmit your content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share with.

FNSHD retains all rights in the FNSHD software, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

We work to keep FNSHD fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, upstream provider incidents and factors beyond our reasonable control can affect availability.

Paid plans are billed per seat on a monthly or yearly cycle, with storage add-ons billed alongside the plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of tax; applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Change-of-mind refunds are available within 30 days as described in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. When your access ends you have 30 days to export your content, after which it may be permanently deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FNSHD is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You will indemnify FNSHD against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Any dispute is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FNSHD is established, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
